November 17, 2005, Special Council Meeting

The Special Council Meeting of the Clarion Borough Council was held on November 17, 2005, at the Clarion Borough Offices.

President Wilshire called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m.

Councilmembers present included Mr. Zerfoss, Mr. Crooks, Ms. Moore, Mr. German, and President Wilshire.  Mr. Herman and Ms. Vavrek were absent.  Mr. Ragon and Ms. Lapinto were also present. 

President Wilshire stated the purpose of the meeting was to go into an Executive Session to discuss the candidates for Borough Manager, leaving at 8:10 a.m.

President Wilshire reconvened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. and stated the Executive Session concerned discussing the candidates for Borough Manager and commented no action was taken.

On a motion by Mr. Crooks with a second by Ms. Moore, the Special Council Meeting was adjourned at 10:01 a.m.
